The post (1) has a side wall (8A) with recesses (11) opened on free end for scaffoling a lattice panel (A) by lattice horizontal wires (B). Openings i.e. holes, are pierced in back of the wall, where the opening fixes a locking unit (15) e.g. clamp, locking the horizontal wires (B) of the panel passing the recesses. The openings are provided proximate to the recesses for positioning the locking unit to close perimeter of the recesses to lock the wire at interior of the recesses.
