The device (1) has a flexible layer (10) arranged next to a support e.g. floor (3), and a rigid layer (11) integrated to the flexible layer. The rigid layer is arranged opposite to the support. A damping unit is integrated to the rigid layer, and forms a damping layer (13) arranged on the rigid layer and is arranged opposite to the flexible layer. The damping unit is in the form of aggregates such as balls, granules and falling recycled materials. The rigid layer is made of organic or mineral binder or bitumen, or fiberboard, or synthetic composite material. The flexible layer is made of origin mineral and/or synthetic fibrous materials, glass fibers and/or polyester fibers, alveolar type materials such as polyethylene or polyurethane materials.
