The building and material blocks are assembled to produce an insulating composite building block (1) by a mutual stacking movement in a direction (DP) perpendicular to upper and lower surfaces of the construction block in carrier material forming a component and the insulating material block forming an outer side of the composite building block. An independent claim is also included for an insulating parpen composite building block comprising a component or constitutive part in a carrier material and another component or constitutive part in a rigid insulating material.
