    A panel comprises two panel surfaces (1, 2) located at a distance from one another, webs (3, 3') made from fibrous material which is impregnated with a hardened means extending transversely between the panel surfaces and attached to these panel surfaces, and core elements (4) located between the webs (3, 3') and panel surfaces (1, 2). Adjacent webs (3, 3') are interconnected by members (6) made from fibrous material which is impregnated with a hardened means.
