The assembly (1') has a frame (5) to receive a first module with an inner glazing bead (7') mounted in an inner groove (9c) and an outer glazing (2) mounted between the bead and a partition secured to the frame in a first configuration. The frame receives a second module having an inner glazing separated from the outer glazing by a spacer mounted in an intermediate groove (9b) and forming an air knife between the outer and inner glazings in a second configuration. The spacer has a communication unit for communication of the air knife with atmosphere on an inner side of the assembly. The outer and inner glazings include glass sheets. An independent claim is also included for a method for mounting a glazed assembly.
