The door hinge has two articulated tape portions (1a,1b) comprising a base main portion (2a) for fastening at a door frame or a door casement. An intermediate piece (6) is arranged between an adjustable insert (3a) and the base main portion and is set opposing the base main portion. The adjustable insert is arranged opposing the intermediate piece such that the insert is displaceable in the direction (z). A fixing unit is arranged for fixing the front portion of base main portion to the intermediate piece through the insert.
