The fitting (1) has a polygonal part (8) i.e. square pin, mechanically coupling the fitting to a closing mechanism. A driving element (42) of a coupling arrangement (10) rotatably receives the polygonal part. A latch element (34) is latched with another driving element (28) of the arrangement in a position of a handle (6) and the mechanism. The latter element is formed as a two-piece part. A part (281) of the latter element is connected to the handle. Another part (282) of the latter element is placed on the former part and provided with detent recesses for the latch element.
