The present invention relates to a wind turbine tower. The Wind turbine tower made of reinforced concrete with fibre rovings (2,8,9,10) as reinforcements. The fibre rovings (2,8,9,10) are preferably glass fibre rovings (2,8,9,10). The fibre rovings (2,8,9,10) consist of a bundle of multiple parallel oriented fibers with preferably around 200 fibers forming a thin rope.
