Aufwärmverfahren und Brennofen
The method comprises dividing a kiln into different temperature zones, where: a thermal energy for heating firing goods in a heating zone is obtained from an exhaust gas stream fed back by a combustion zone and from the aggregates; and a combustion behavior of the aggregates is detected during heating and then the heating process is controlled after a given temperature curve of the firing goods. The heating process in a zone subarea is regulated: over a controlled combustion of the aggregates; and by a supply of exhaust gases with different oxygen contents and/or different temperatures. The heating process in a zone subarea is regulated: over a controlled combustion of the aggregates; and by a supply of exhaust gases with different oxygen contents and/or different temperatures. A part of the aggregates is combusted with the controlled heating process, where an unburned part of the aggregates is combusted in the combustion zone. A portion of the heating zone is heated at a temperature of 200-300[deg] C. The different temperature exhaust gases are sucked off at the beginning and end of the zone subarea. The exhaust gases are fed between suction positions in the zone subarea. The combustion behavior of the aggregates is detected by sensing the temperature and/or the oxygen content during heating. During heating, a furnace air is locally circulated, in an axial direction, at positions in the zone subarea. The furnace air is circulated in a region between the suction positions and in a ceiling area of the heating zone. During the circulation, the exhaust gas is fed. An independent claim is included for a Kiln such as a tunnel furnace.
