The device has a V-shaped lower structure (1) forming a spacer between initial and latest rafters. An upper structure (2) holds the latest rafter. The lower structure has a physical structure opened at a top, and includes holding physical structures (8a, 8b) with alignment units formed of notches (6, 7) and oblong holes (9a, 9b). The holding and base physical structures on the initial rafter are extended laterally to avoid swinging of the device before definitive fixing of the device to the initial rafter. The lower structure is provided with spikes (8c, 8d) engaged on the initial rafter.
