The tool (1) has a shaft (2) whose rear and front ends (3,5) are provided with torque transmission units (4,6) for respectively transferring rotating movement to tool and insulation plug. A depth stop (7) is provided between front and rear ends of shaft. The depth stop is abutted against the insulation board, when the insulating plug is provided in a predetermined position in insulation board. The depth stop made of plastic is elastically deformed such that shaft according to the request of depth stop at insulation board is moved into the insulation board.
