The invention relates to a floor construction (1), in particular a sports floor, comprising a plurality of panels (2) which are produced by extrusion and consist of a blend of natural fibres and a polymer material. Said panels (2) are fixed to a substructure (7, 8, 9) that can be laid on a floor (10) and the panels (2) are elastically mounted above the substructure (7, 8, 9). A sports floor with a large surface area can thus be simply laid, even outdoors.
