The sub-construction (1) has turned-off block (2) fit on a substrate on which a holder (3) is arranged for a support beam for supporting a floor covering. The holder is attached to the block at different heights. Multiple receptacles are formed at different heights for mounting the holder in the block. The receptacles are provided along an inclined plane, which is inclined at an angle between 5-45 degree and 10-30 degree. The holder is inserted into an assembly with multiple projections (9) at the receptacles of the block. Lateral walls of the receptacles are formed in vertical direction.
