The door hinge has a bearing insert portion (6) that is connected to a hinge arm (8) provided in a receiving space (4) of a door frame (3). The hinge arm provided at the front of the door frame, is extended out of the receiving space. The hinge arm is extended from the operating position to a portion laterally away from the receiving space of the door frame. An adjustment element (10) is inserted into the receiving space, to cause the displacement of the bearing insert portion from the mounting position to the operating position. An independent claim is included for a door assembly.
