The system has a guide cover including a moveable punch to be arranged with protrusions to limit linear movement of the punch on the guide cover. A punch spring presses the punch against a tab of an electronic blocking module. A shaft moves the punch passing slightly below a stop such that an exterior movement of the tab positions the punch to block a space between the stop and a mobile blocking device, an arm of the tab is positioned on a sensor (12b), an interior movement of the tab unblocks the space and the tab is positioned on another sensor (12a).
