The invention relates to a movement damping element (1) used for a pipeline with a variable length for guiding a fluid and a telescoping pipeline equipped with the movement damping element and guiding a fluid. The movement damping element according to the invention includes a matrix (2, 3) through which guided a fluid penetrates and flows in the pipeline and a valve body (9) operated by pressure of the guided fluid in the pipeline, the valve body is retained on the matrix in a manner of being capable of moving between a damping position and a release position, and in the release position, the valve body releases a larger flow section of the matrix compared with in the damping position.
