The method involves inputting concrete aggregate comprehensive bulk material (9) into a reaction chamber (7). The carbon dioxide gas is passed to the reaction chamber for grinding the concrete aggregate comprehensive bulk material in the reaction chamber. The concrete aggregate comprehensive bulk material and carbon dioxide gas are reacted to form reaction products (23) in the reaction chamber. The reaction products are processed from the reaction chamber. The bulk material and carbon dioxide gas are passed in opposite directions through the reaction chamber.
