The invention relates to a plumbing fixture (11) with or without a rim, in particular a toilet or urinal, comprising a connection pipe (23) for the supply of flushing water, a bowl (12) and a rear section (20) with openings (21). The openings (21) allow the flushing water to pass into the bowl (12), the rear section (20) with the openings (21) is a rear element (20) which can be removed upwards from the bowl (12) and both sides (25) can be connected in a positive fit to the bowl (12). The invention also relates to a cleaning method.
