A floating building work assembly including in combination a tank in the ground (1) inundated with water (8) and a waterproof shell structure forming floating ground (29) as a foundation for a building construction i.e. edifice (2) thereupon. Partticularly the tank (1) and the floating ground (29) may have a circular profile so that the edifice (2), by the addition of rotation actuating means (28), may be revolving, particularly to follow the Sun or the shade.
