MIXING CALCINER
The present invention provides a mixing calciner that is used for recovering CO 2 gas generated in a cement-manufacturing facility which preheats a cement material in a preheater, then feeds the preheated cement material to a cement kiln having an atmosphere in the inner part held at high temperature, and burns the fed cement material, and that receives the cement material before calcination, which has been extracted from the preheater and has been fed thereto, with a heat medium which has been heated to the calcination temperature or higher in a medium-heating furnace and has been fed thereto, mixes the cement material with the heat medium, and calcines the cement material before calcination to generate CO 2 gas. The mixing calciner is provided with a feed line for feeding the heat medium having a particle diameter larger than that of the cement material from the upper part and a discharge line for extracting the heat medium from the lower part to thereby form a moving bed for moving the heat medium to the lower part from the upper part.
