The present invention discloses power equipment, a driving device of trench cutter and a trench cutter, relating to the field of engineering machinery. The power equipment comprises a motor, a motor installation seat and a transmission shaft; the motor installation seat is provided with an inner cavity as well as a first installation hole and a second installation hole formed in the two ends of the inner cavity respectively; the motor is installed at the upper part of the motor installation seat and is sealingly connected with the motor installation seat ; a motor output shaft of the motor extends into the inner cavity through the first installation hole; and one end of the transmission shaft extends into the inner cavity through the second installation hole and is drivingly connected with the motor output shaft, the middle part of the transmission shaft and the second installation hole are sealingly connected, and the other end of the transmission shaft extends out of the second installation hole. According to the power equipment, a motor oil drainage cavity can be sealed by sealing the motor installation seat, so that the pressure bearing capacity of the motor is improved without changing the structure of the motor without a lip seal.
