A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
VERFAHREN ZUR UMWANDLUNG EINER ROTATORISCHEN BEWEGUNG IN EINE TRANSLATORISCHE BEWEGUNG, ANWENDUNG DESSEN UND VORRICHTUNG ZUR DURCHFÜHRUNG DESSEN
The application relates to a method for converting a continuous rotary movement (R1) into a translatory movement (T1), the direction of movement of which changes continually, an application of the method and a device for carrying out the method. A continuous rotary movement (R1) of a first component (1) is converted, via a first coupling arrangement (2, 6, 8), into a rotary movement (R2) of a second component (3), the direction of rotation of which changes continually. This rotary movement (R2) is in turn converted, via a second coupling arrangement (5, 9), into a translatory movement (T1) of a third component (4), the direction of movement of which changes continually, such that a first of the reversal points of the translatory movement (T1) of the third component (4) that changes direction continually is reached in each case when the second component (3) takes up a particular rotary position between the two reversal points of its rotary movement (R2) that changes direction continually. In this way, for example the continuous upward and downward movement (T1) of the tamper bar (4) of a paving screed of a road paver can be derived in a relatively low-loss manner and with a simple and robust mechanical solution from a continuous rotary movement (R1) provided by a drive motor, with a relatively uniform load on the drive motor.
