The fastening structure has an Attica (2) with an Attica plate (3) and an attachment element for fastening at an underneath construction e.g. ceiling element (5a) and masonry (5b). The attachment element is connected with a lower end region of an Attica plate and the underneath construction, where the lower end region is turned towards the underneath construction. The Attica plate is a cement-bonded fine particle board, and a covering plate is connected to an upper end region of the Attica plate, where the upper end region is turned away from the underneath construction. An independent claim is also included for a method for constructing a fastening structure.
