VACUUM MULTI-LAYER GLASS
Vacuum insulating glass has a gap portion between first and second glass substrates. The first glass substrate has a first surface, which is closer to the gap portion, a second surface at an opposite side of the first surface, and a through hole that penetrates from the first surface to the second surface, the through hole being sealed by a sealing plate joined to the first glass substrate via a sealing material. The sealing plate is covered with a metal cover. A clearance gap between the metal cover and the sealing plate is filled with resin.
