A hand held shower or a head shower comprising a jet-change system, said system comprising a conveyor body (30), a diverter drum (100) provided with a main plate (110) provided with a deviation opening (112), and a gear body (130). The system also comprises a button (12) suitable to directly engage the gear body (130) of the diverter drum (100) to cause its rotation and select a desired dispensing configuration.
