A reeling device (1) is mounted to a head rail (25) for suspending a curtain or a blind. The reeling device (1) comprises a bracket component (2), a reel component (3), and a detachable coupling component (4) adapted to secure the bracket component (2) with the reel component (3) to the head rail (25). A male coupling part (20) of the bracket component serves for interlocking with a female coupling part (16),17) of the detachable coupling component (4) by turning said detachable coupling component (4) from a mating position into a locking position. This locking system allows a curtain or blind suspended by the head rail to be noiseless raised and lowered.
