The invention relates to a prefabricated parts connector (3) for connecting a first concrete prefabricated member (1) and a second concrete prefabricated member (2) and a connection system comprising the prefabricated parts connector (3). The prefabricated parts connector comprises a base board (4) and at least one casting anchor bolt (5), which is connected to the base board (4) and is casted in the first concrete prefabricated member (1). The base board (4) is arranged on a basal plane and comprises a through hole (6) for connecting parts. The base board (4) and at least one casting anchor bolt (5) form a one-piece plate bending tool. At least one casting anchor bolt (5) is bent to a certain angle relative to the base board (4) from a substrate. The connection system comprises a positioning device (3), which is used to fix a connection element that penetrates the through hole (6) on the basal plane of the base board (4).
