The present invention provides a decorative material containing a cork sheet and a decorative sheet laminated sequentially on a wooden base material, the material having good walking feel as well as good performance in terms of designability and scratch resistance. More specifically, the present invention provides a decorative material comprising a cork sheet and a decorative sheet laminated sequentially on a wooden base material, the decorative sheet having a thickness of more than 0.20 mm and 0.50 mm or less.
