The present invention relates to a window bracket assembly for use in connection with a window, comprising a metal bracket and at least one sacrificial anode, wherein the metal bracket is placed in contact with or in the vicinity of the at least one sacrificial anode and where the metal bracket and the sacrificial anode has/have one or more mutual connection points, for extending a lifetime of the metal bracket. Furthermore it relates to a window provided with such a window bracket assembly, a kit of parts and use of a window bracket assembly.
