The invention relates to a building closure drive (14) for the motorized driving a building closure leaf (18) for cost-effective facilitating of the independent daily life of aged or needy people. Said building closure drive (14) has a motor drive assembly (32) and a wireless remote control receiver (36) for wirelessly receiving a first remote control signal (38) for actuating the motor drive assembly (32), characterized in that the remote control receiver (36) has a signal output (52) and is designed to wirelessly receive a second remote control signal (40), which is different from the first remote control signal (38), and, upon receiving the second remote control signal (40), to emit an output signal on the signal output (52).
