FALL PROTECTION DEVICE
The present invention relates to a fall protection device for safeguarding a worker during operations on a roof of a building, comprising: - at least one elongate upright which extends upward in a position of use to a level higher than the roof, and to which a lifeline is to be arranged; - a toppling prevention device which extends from the upright substantially transversely thereof; and - wherein the toppling prevention device extending transversely from the upright is configured to engage around a corner of the building. The toppling prevention device extending transversely from the upright preferably has at least one, and still more preferably at least two arms extending transversely from the upright.
