METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ARTIFICIAL BUILDING MATERIALS FROM MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE.
The invention relates to the manufacture of artificial building materials from compressed or not and fully stabilized residue / product obtained using the methods of municipal solid waste management. More specifically, feeding waste takes place to a chain conveyor of redler-type, equipped with an integrated system of primary shredding, the input in a special sorter of 1st material separation, the input in hot air drying unit with optional exposure to UV radiation, the input to a horizontal feeder and dry sieving device (2nd inert materials separation), the mechanical degradation (homogenization) obtaining particles in fibrous form, the thermoforming for the controlled melting of the material and the insertion into a injection mold and into a final forming-cooling unit. The building materials may have the form of Puzzle tiles, artificial wood boards, large areas for multiple uses, special constructions from artificial wood, such as pallets, benches of all types & sizes for multiple applications and excellent mechanical properties.
