Formwork panel or accessory for a formwork or formwork panel, wherein a formwork panel comprises lateral faces and crosscut sides and wherein an accessory for a formwork or formwork panel mainly consists of a straight slat- shaped element with lateral faces that are wider than the side edges, which is provided with one or several deformable strips (9), wherein the intermediate distance (D) between the outermost edges of the strips (9) is larger than or equal to 75% of the width (B) of the formwork panel and wherein the height (H) of one or several of said deformable strips (9) is smaller than one third of that intermediate distance (D).
