A door leaf, in particular for a door, gate and garage door, with at least one outer surface made of a metal sheet to which a decorative strip is attached, wherein the outer surface (2) of the door leaf (1), made of a metal sheet, is provided with catch openings (4), and the decorative strip (3) is made of an elastic material and has catches (5) to cooperate with the catch openings (4). In a first embodiment, the catch openings (4) are arranged on the outer surface (2) of the door leaf (1) along a line along which the decorative strip (3) is mounted, and the catches (5) are arranged in the decorative strip (3) alternately at both sides of a line of the same shape as the line along which the decorative strip (3) is mounted on the outer surface (2) of the door leaf (1). In a second embodiment, the catches (5) are arranged on the decorative strip (3) along a line of the same shape as a line along which the decorative strip (3) is mounted on the outer surface (2) of the door leaf (1) and the catch openings (4) are arranged in the outer surface (2) of the door leaf (1) so as the centers of the catch openings (5) are arranged alternately at both sides of the line along which the decorative strip (3) is mounted on the outer surface (2) of the door leaf (1).
