This invention relates to a fire-resistant molded object comprising an elastomer and thermally expandable graphite, in which when a section obtained by cutting the molded object in parallel to the MD of the molded object is examined with a microscope having a magnification of 100 times, the difference between the longitudinal direction of each piece of the thermally expandable graphite present in the section and the MD of the molded object is ± 10° or less.
