Provided are a method for molding a ceramic material with less burrs protruding outwardly, and a method for producing a ceramic article with less burrs. The method for molding a ceramic material comprises mixing a ceramic powder, a resin, a curing agent, and a solvent to obtain raw material slurry to be used as a ceramic material, injecting the raw material slurry into a flexible container, producing a molded body having a desired shape by curing the resin in the raw material slurry injected into the flexible container, and demolding the molded body from the flexible container.
