The present invention relates to an automatic opening system for natural ventilation roof units, comprised of a lever mechanism, a base and upper openable part, for the automatic opening of roof light lids, windows, hatches or other ventilation elements and could also be used for building ventilation, more specifically for the creation of smoke and / or hot gases free zones in the event of fire.
