The electrically conductive finishing element, in particular an electrically conductive finishing profile element or electrically conductive finishing plate, includes at least two electrically conductive layers (30; 31), which extend lengthwise, which are spaced apart from one another while being electrically insulated from one another at least by the air, and which are accessible so as to make it possible to insert, into the finishing element, all or part of an electrical accessory or of an electrical pole making electrical contact with the two electrically conductive layers (30; 31), at various positions along the two electrically conductive layers (30; 31), and preferably at any position along the two electrically conductive layers (30; 31).
