The present invention provides a water discharging device (100, 200, 300, 400), including: a housing (110, 210, 310, 410); a dispenser (140, 240, 340, 440) disposed at an upper portion of the housing (110, 210, 310, 410) or embedded at an upper end of the housing (110, 210, 310, 410), water flow entering the interior of the housing (110, 210, 310, 410) through the dispenser (140, 240, 340, 440); a filter (170, 270, 370, 470) provided at an inlet end of the housing (110, 210, 310, 410), the water flow entering the dispenser (140, 240, 340, 440) first passing through the filter (170, 270, 370, 470) to remove impurities in the water entering the dispenser (140, 240, 340, 440); the dispenser (140, 240, 340, 440) includes a plurality of dispensing holes (141, 241, 341, 441) each having an inlet section (142, 242, 342, 442) and an outlet section (143, 243, 343, 443) along a water flow direction, the inlet section (142, 242, 342, 442) including a water outlet having a diameter smaller than a diameter of the outlet section (143, 243, 343, 443).
