DICHTBANDROLLE AUS EINEM DICHTBAND MIT INNENLIEGENDEN SPERRSCHICHTEN
Eine erfindungsgemäße Dichtbandrolle (1) umfasst ein Dichtband (2) aus weichem, komprimierbarem Schaumstoff mit einer Mehrzahl innenliegender Sperrschichten (4), wobei das Dichtband (2) um eine Achse (14), die sich quer zur Längsrichtung (L) des Dichtbands (2) erstreckt, zur Dichtbandrolle (1) derart aufgewickelt ist, dass die Seitenflanken (10, 12) des Dichtbands (2) Stirnflächen (16, 18) der Dichtbandrolle (1) bilden. Das Dichtband (2) weist eine Mehrzahl von Dichtbandabschnitten (20) auf, die in einem abgewickelten Zustand des Dichtbands (2) in Längsrichtung (L) hintereinander angeordnet sind, wobei zwischen jeweils zwei aneinander angrenzenden Dichtbandabschnitten (20) der Mehrzahl von Dichtbandabschnitten (20) eine Sperrschicht (4) der Mehrzahl von Sperrschichten (4) angeordnet ist. Die Mehrzahl von Sperrschichten (4) erstreckt sich über mindestens 50% der Breite der Dichtbandrolle (1) zwischen den einander gegenüberliegenden Stirnflächen (16, 18) der Dichtbandrolle (1).
