PANEL FOR THE ILLUMINATIVE CLADDING OF TUNNELS OR FOR THE EXTERNAL OR INTERNAL CLADDING OF BUILDINGS AND PROCESS FOR THE PRODUCTION THEREOF
A panel comprising a fiber-cement slab and a rear reinforcement in the form of a mineral fiber mesh glued to said fiber-cement slab by means of an adhesive is described. The reinforcement consists preferably of a glass fiber mesh with an anti-alkaline sizing and the adhesive is preferably a polyurethane-based thermoreactive adhesive. The aforementioned panel is particularly suitable for use in the internal illuminative cladding of tunnels, in particular road tunnels, as well as for the external or internal cladding of buildings, where it has an improved performance and functional characteristics, in particular as regards impact resistance, and also an optimum durability.
