METHOD OF MAKING PLASTIC FLOORING HAVING BACKING
Equipment for making plastic flooring having backing (14) contains: a pressing machine (50) configured to press a substrate (11), a printing layer (12), and an anti-abrasion layer (13) together, thus producing a semi-finished plastic flooring (10'); a drop plastic machine (60) configured to glue dispense or to spray onto a back surface of the semi-finished plastic flooring (10'). The drop plastic machine (60) includes a base (61) on which a delivery mechanism (62) is secured, wherein the delivery mechanism (62) delivers the semi-finished plastic flooring (10') to at least one molding mechanism (63). The backing material is melt and is glue dispensed or is spray onto a back surface of the semi-finished plastic flooring (10') by using the drop plastic machine (60), and the backing material is adhered on the back surface of the semi-finished plastic flooring (10') after being solidified, thus obtaining the plastic flooring having the backing (14).
