Underwater display structure comprising a system of multimedia and multifunctional underwater modules (4) aggregating LED displays (5) or liquid crystal displays (LCD) by means of a waterproof array of single displays (5) twinned at the rear part thereof to a respective plurality of modular box-shaped elements (7) provided with means for mutual removable interconnection (20, 21), the box-shaped elements housing electronic components serving the array of single displays (5); the box-shaped elements further comprising sound distribution means (9, 13, 14, 15, 16), and/or laser beam generation means and/ or electronic contact sensors and/or proximity sensors and/or motion detection sensors.
