A support for a shower head (P) comprises a suction cup (1), a lever-forming arm (4) mounted pivotably at an end of a tie rod (12) and able to bear on a bowl (3) to exert a pull on the tie rod (12) in order to actuate a suction by the suction cup (1) in a suction position and release the suction in a release position. A connecting element (2) is fastened to the end of the arm (4) and the support additionally comprises locking means (6) having a locking element (60) moving between a locking position and an unlocking position, said locking means (6) preventing the arm (4) from passing from the suction position to the release position when the locking element (60) is in the locking position, and allowing this passage when it is in the unlocking position.
