DEVICE FOR INSTALLING OR REMOVING WATER METERS
According to the invention there is provided a device for installing or removing a water meter comprising:a water meter receiving structure into which a water meter can be inserted, the water meter receiving structure comprising a handle or having an attachment point configured to allow a handle to be attached thereto; andone or more retainers attached to the water meter receiving structure, each retainer comprising a biasing element and having a first position and a second position inward of the first position, in which each biasing element urges its respective retainer towards the first position and each retainer is moveable into the second position through contact with the water meter as the water meter is inserted into the water meter receiving structure, thereby retaining the water meter in the water meter receiving structure during use.
