The invention relates to a sanitary pull-out hose fitting which has a pull-out hose; an outlet body with a cylindrical handle section which functions as a handle-user interface and forms a water outlet opening on a first end face, and a connection section coupled to the pull-out hose; a mixing and shut-off valve arranged inside the handle section; and a user-operated valve actuation element on the handle section, which functions as a valve-actuation-user interface. In the sanitary pull-out hose fitting according to the invention, the connection section protrudes from the handle section on the circumferential side, and the valve actuation element is arranged to be pivoted, at the second end side of the handle section opposite to the first end side, about two pivot axes, of which a first pivot axis with a main direction component parallel with a cylinder longitudinal axis of the handle section extends and a second pivot axis with the main directional component perpendicular to the cylinder longitudinal axis of the handle section extends.
