The invention relates to a fittings assembly for a lifting-sliding element, having a frame and a sash that can slide along a track in a sliding direction relative to the frame, comprising a base part designed for securing to the sash, a roller carriage having a carriage frame and at least two rollers mounted on the carriage frame, as well as a lifting mechanism for lifting the sash relative to the carriage frame. The lifting mechanism comprises a first transverse guide, by means of which the carriage frame is slidingly guided on the base part in a direction running transverse to the sliding direction. The lifting mechanism also comprises a second transverse guide which is separate from the first transverse guide, and by means of which the carriage frame is slidingly guided on the base part in a direction running transverse to the sliding direction, or guided on a further fitting part designed for securing to the sash.
