A METHOD OF OBTAINING PHOTOACTIVE CEMENTS
A method of obtaining photoactive cements containing titanium dioxide, according to the invention, is characterized by the fact that during cement production to the cement clinker during its cooling in the cooler, the by-product obtained from the installation of titanium white by the sulphate method production, taken from the drum filters before adding roasting additives and before calcining, in an amount of 1 to 5mass% calculated on a dry weight basis relative to clinker mass is added. The by-product from the installation for obtaining titanium white by the sulphate method is added to cement clinker at a temperature from 600 to 100°C.
