EINRICHTUNG ZUM AUSTRAGEN VON MEHRKOMPONENTENKLEBSTOFFEN AUF EIN KÖRNIGES GEMENGE, SOWIE VERFAHREN ZUM AUSTRAGEN UND VERWENDUNG DER EINRICHTUNG
Diese Einrichtung zum Austragen von Mehrkomponentenklebstoffen aus mindestens zwei fluidförmigen Komponenten (A, B) auf ein körniges Schotterbett eines Eisenbahn-Schienenstranges erlaubt das vollautomatische Ausbringen von Klebstoffen über grosse Strecken auf ein Schotterbett, sodass alle Vorgaben damit eingehalten werden und das Schotterbett so verklebt wird, dass Züge weiterhin normal verkehren können. Die ganze Einrichtung kann auf einem Eisenbahnwagen aufgebaut sein, wobei der Sprühbalken an einer Front des Eisenbahnwagens in Position gebracht wird. In einer Variante kann die ganze Einrichtung in einen Container eingebaut sein, der vor Ort auf einen Eisenbahnwagen geladen wird und dann der zur Einrichtung gehörige Ausleger (18) mit Sprühbalken (17) an einer Front des Eisenbahnwagens in Position gebracht wird.
An apparatus for discharging multi-component adhesives of at least two fluidic components onto a granular ballast bed of a railway rail train includes of at least two separate carriages, which can be transferred into a vehicle or a trailer by having the vehicle or the trailer equipped on the inside with rails onto which the carriages can be rolled. The wagons can thus be transported by road to the usage site and can be put into operation by placing them from the trailer onto the tracks of the railway track using extendable rails. The apparatus allows the fully automatic spreading of adhesives over long distances to a ballast bed, so that the ballast bed is bonded in so that trains can continue to run normally. The entire apparatus can be loaded, transported and unloaded on site and put into operation by just two persons.
