A drain device (1), particularly for kitchen sinks, which comprises a drain outlet (2), which can be associated with the sink body (3) of a kitchen sink at the intersection portion (4) of the kitchen sink, and a drain assembly (7), which can be associated with the drain outlet (2) externally with respect to the sink body (3).The peculiarity of the invention consists in that it comprises a first planar protrusion (9) with a closed profile which protrudes from the sink body (3) at the peripheral rim of the drain outlet (2) in a manner that is substantially normal with respect to the intersection portion (4) and external with respect to the sink body (3).In more detail, such first planar protrusion (9) ends with a first planar edge (10) and the drain assembly (7) comprises a second planar edge (11) which corresponds to the first planar edge (10) in such a manner as to allow planar mating between the drain assembly (7) and the drain outlet (2).
